Anxiety Support Groups
I primarily offer individual therapy but have found in my years of practice that nothing quite compares to the healing power of connecting with those who are struggling with similar concerns. Starting in May 2025, I am taking over 2 longstanding support groups: the Social Anxiety Support group and the Health Anxiety Support group.
If you are looking for connection, support, and new tools to navigate anxiety, these support groups offer a welcoming space to share experiences, learn from others, and explore practical strategies for managing social or health anxiety in everyday life. Many members find that the group dynamic keeps them motivated and accountable in taking steps toward change.
While these groups are not therapy, they are designed to be a powerful complement to cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety—whether you’re currently in treatment, have completed therapy, or are simply looking for extra support.
In each group, we’ll:
Welcome new and returning members
Share recent wins, challenges, or updates
Talk through anxiety-related topics and crowdsource ideas from one another
Explore coping strategies, goal-setting, and exposure ideas
Topics may include: working with anxious thoughts, addressing avoidance, perfectionism, self-judgment, motivation, and more.
The suggested cost for each group meeting is $75. If you think you will be coming regularly to the group, you have the option of purchasing a 6-group session package for $300 ($50/session) which can be used for 12 months after date of purchase. If these costs are prohibitive, please let me know and we can discuss a reduced fee of any amount that is comfortable for you.
To make the groups as accessible as possible, groups are currently offered in a hybrid format including in-person at my office and zoom.
There are currently openings in both groups and if you have ever been to a group with me in the past you are welcome to return or drop-in. Just contact me to let me know when you would like to join or RSVP via the google calendar link I send to all group members.

These groups are intended as peer support and educational in nature. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship, and the facilitator is not acting as a therapist in this setting. If you’re receiving individual therapy, these groups can be a great add-on or form of aftercare.
