Do you accept insurance?

I do not bill any insurance directly at this time. Detailed billing statements that include all the necessary codes and information to process out-of-network claims are provided at the end of every month. Check with your insurance company about out-of-network reimbursement. I am contracted with Lyra Health and can bill the service directly for those who have Lyra Health as an employee benefit.


Do you ever do telehealth or home-based sessions?

Yes. I assess on a case-by-case basis whether it would be helpful and appropriate to engage in telehealth services or travel outside of the office to facilitate care including traveling to the client's home. I use a HIPAA compliant service called SimplePractice to facilitate video-conferencing for telehealth sessions. There is an additional charge for travel for home-based sessions. 


Do you have evening appointments? 

I do have some evening appointment times but they tend to fill up quickly. 

 


what is your cancellation policy? 

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the session fee. All voicemails are time stamped so please leave a message even over the weekend if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
